Built on Family.
Driven by Craft.
Steve and Dana Langford founded Langford Construction in 2015, after four decades of commercial and residential building across the Southeast. Their daughter Mare has joined them in running it every day.
Every Langford build has a Langford on it. Every site visit, every framing, every walk-through. The same hands. The same standards.
This is a family business in the literal sense. You won't get handed off to someone you've never met. You'll be talking to a Langford (or to Toph, the white lab who thinks every jobsite is his).
WHO WE ARE & HOW WE BUILD
Every Langford build has a Toph on it.
Built on Purpose. Built to Last.
Every Langford home is custom. Designed and shaped around the people who'll actually use it. Whether it's your home, your second home, or part of your rental portfolio, every build carries the same intention.
Shaped around real life. The way weekday mornings happen. The way guests gather at golden hour. The way the coffee pot catches the light at 6 a.m. and the windows face exactly the right way.
We take on a limited number of projects each year. Every build gets full attention.
Your project is never just a number on a calendar. It's the place a life is going to unfold inside.
The Forgotten Coast is forty miles of dune, marsh, pine, and Gulf. Cape San Blas. Indian Pass. Port St. Joe. It's where we live. It's where we build.
A home here is shaped by the place itself. The sun moves a certain way. The wind comes off the Gulf at a certain angle. The sand shifts. The light at 6 a.m. isn't the light at 6 p.m. So we pay attention.
Every Langford build sits in this landscape on purpose. The right exposures. The right materials. The right relationship to the water and the wind.
